Tiger Cubs

Welcome to Little Tiger Cubs, the fun and safe fitness training programme for children, 3 to 5 years old.

The programme is designed to encourage the development of motor skills, balance, endurance, flexibility, strength, and the coordination of eye, hand and foot. Through this development, each child should find greater self-confidence and self-esteem.

Little Tiger Cubs is a fitness training programme specifically designed for 3-5 Years old children. It is a mixture of simple training exercises and games designed to assist in the physical development, improved health and increased fitness of each child.

Little Dragons

Our Children’s Program is geared towards introducing the concept of martial arts through respect, discipline, focus, and FUN!

Children in this age group thrive in a structured environment where they are encouraged to be their best in a fun and positive atmosphere! They will learn how to make goals early on in life and actually achieve them. Their interest and excitement will be peaked by exciting curriculum especially designed to increase balance, strength, motor agility and much more.

Kenpo Cadets

Our Youth Program is especially designed on educating students on how to increase discipline, confidence, focus, respect and setting goals.

Learning how to deal with bullies is an important aspect of our program for this age group since they are the most vulnerable. We help them address many of the social issues that they are faced with today and the concept of having a positive role model is an important aspect to how a student improves their personal growth. Building rapport with our qualified and caring black belt instructors is an essential part of this program’s success.

Kids Kickboxing

Adult Karate

Come and train in this self defence system that uses the natural movement of your own body, make friends and have fun learning Karate. Pad drills, Fitness, Flexibility variation in each class so no need to worry about boredom. With classes every day of the week you can choose which times are best for you. Our Adult Program is designed around educating students in self control, self respect, and goal setting with perseverance and determination. We concentrate on helping students become self disciplined to achieve high goals for themselves while overcoming obstacles. We offer exciting, vitalizing, and energetic classes that inspire our students to continue in the Martial Arts for years.

Mixed Martial Arts

Mixed Martial Arts or MMA as it is more commonly known, Is a sport combat style encompassing Kickboxing, Karate, Thai Boxing, Judo and Jiu Jitsu to create an all round fighting style designed for competition.

Most of our students train for enjoyment, either to destress from a long day or week at the office, some take part in competition, this gives them a goal to achieve. Instructors at MSD Evolution motivate you all the way so no need to worry about being motivated we will do it for you.

Hitting pads and not people is a great way to get rid of all that tension as well as learning a martial art.
